We charge the same rate for all types of massage therapy (relaxation, aromatherapy, clinical, sports etc.) as our clients benefit the most from a blend of techniques.

Payment and Insurance
We collect payment at the time of service and accept debit cards and credit cards (American Express NOT accepted). Cash payment is NOT accepted.
After each session, we provide an itemized electronic invoice that clients may independently submit to their insurance companies for reimbursement.
Accessibility and Mobile Services
We regret that our clinic is NOT wheelchair accessible.
Wherever possible, we will accommodate clients with mobility challenges by bringing our massage therapy services to your home. We will charge an additional amount for mobile services, depending on your location and time of day.

Cancellation Policy
WE CHARGE THE FULL AMOUNT FOR MISSED APPOINTMENTS AND APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS' NOTICE.
Clients who are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19 will not be charged for cancellations.
