Our bodies are our truest, life long friends, but we often do not communicate well, if at all, with them. Our bodies speak to us continually through physical aches and pains, stiffness, headaches, and illness. In the same way as we would care for another person, we need to listen deeply to our bodies and treat them with respect.
We help you to communicate with your body, respond to its needs, and reconnect your body with your mind.
Our clinic operates in a serene, beautiful and spacious environment to enhance your experience. We aim to help our clients stay active, healthy and happy.
We are committed to providing registered massage therapy services that help rehabilitate, restore and enhance your well-being both physically and mentally.
Meeting Your Goals
We take a goal-oriented approach to healing. Whatever your goals, we want to help you achieve them.
In addition to manual therapy within our clinic, we educate you with home care to enable you to become an active participant in your physical health, including rehabilitative exercise.
About Monica Lim
Monica Lim is a Registered Massage Therapist, long-standing mindfulness meditation practitioner, Reiki practitioner and former corporate lawyer. For patients experiencing chronic pain, high levels of stress, anxiety or depression, Monica uniquely blends traditional Swedish massage, myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques and aromatherapy with guided mindfulness meditation. Monica came to registered massage therapy later in life, after practicing many years as a corporate lawyer. She became determined to enter the healthcare field after having benefited from massage therapy for decades to ease stress and treat various musculoskeletal conditions arising from her desk-bound, high-stress occupation.
